Appearance: seems like a serious fellow, but can have a cheary face that seems built to smile when happy, broad stout frame. trys to have a least one weapon on himself at all times.

General: Johnny is a young, successful, and fearless mercenary. he has been in wars as a courier and has killed men on two continents. He is not a very well known merc but has hope to lead a gorup of his own by the time he is twenty five.

The Merwin Hulbert is a double action revolver. It has folding hammer spur and birds head grip with comes to a skull crusher point.
.It is Chambered in 44 40 winchester. Has two interchangeable barrels. The first (3.5 inch) makes it a pocket pistol. While the second (7 inch) makes it into a full size revolver.

An American icon the Winchester 73 is chambered in 44 40 wcf. Gun magazine holds 13. A very capable gun for close quarters fighting, it is also able to be used as a long range weapon via its flip up ladder sights
Sgian Dubh:

A traditional scottish knife. It has a 3.5 inch single edge spear-point blade with a 3.5 inch handle with silver work on the hilt and sheath. it is used for any small task such as eating or shaveing. But with it's small size and concealability can be used as a deadly fighting knife if need be.

Bio: Johnny was not always a merc, once he was a boy who's family had relatives from Texas to oklahoma. but when Johnny had got on the wrong airship during a trip to Mexico his life was changed forever. the ship he had boarded was a ship to south africa and he arived just before the Anglo-Boer War started. because he had no money Johnny was stuck in south africa. what was he to do? He had no one to go to, no one he knew that is. and so in desperation he turned to one of the dutch farmers in the area.
the man agreed to hire him as a farm hand. in time he was also able to help the area in that he became a courier for them. Alerting them to the Brit's troop movement's. after two years and countless adventures Johnny was a able to get passage on a blockade runner and was safely home at last. Reunited with his family, Johnny soon longed for the adventure he had come to enjoy. so with a sad heart he announced to his family that he would again set out. after a tear filled farewell to his mother and sisters and a man to man talk with his father he set out to make his fourtane.
